Conflicts are common in most families. But when members of family have stakes in family business, it is normal to expect some feuds, at least in Indian setting.  At times such disputes arise in spite of the clearly worded ‘Will’ of Karta or Head of the family. The different stake holders in family make claims either for higher share, or for control over more profitable or more prestigious Divisions or Units, and so on.
